* I acknowledge that I need to be at the craft show full time; I need to be manning my booth throughout the whole show.*

Product Info

*All items for sale are handmade by me (the applicant). No direct sale or "sale on behalf of".

Please select up to three categories, indicate percentage of each category that are being sold at your booth, and provide a brief description of your products in each category.

* All items for sale MUST be priced at the opening of the market and shall remain until the end of the market. All tables MUST be skirted (i.e. covered) to the floor with SOLID color cloths (no pattern) on all 4 sides. Paper & plastic are not permitted for skirting.*

* Ottawa Public Health and/or City of Ottawa rules and regulations will be adhered to for all markets. *

* I acknowledge there is NO refund or credit issued if I cancel within 30 days of the event. Cancellations made prior to the 30-day window will be refunded the cost of the application fee LESS a $25.00 administration fee. This refund policy applies to members only. There is NO refund for non-members*

Note: Patio umbrellas are not permitted. If you are using your own tent, it is suggested that it be secured with weights. Please DO NOT use pegs in the ground to secure your tent as they can be a tripping hazard. Thank You.
