General Information about the event:

Direct sales or group fundraisers will not be accepted nor will any products that NCA normally would not accept.
Set-up of booths will be the morning of the show at 8:00 a.m.
Patio umbrellas are not permitted.
If you are using your own tent, it is suggested that it be secured with weights (20 lbs per leg recommended).
Please DO NOT use pegs in the ground to secure your tent as they can be a tripping hazard.
Each vendor is to respect an area of no more than 10 ft x 10 ft.

All items for sale MUST be priced at the opening of the market and will remain the same until the end of the market. Adjusting and/or cutting prices is not permitted at NCA markets. All tables MUST be skirted (i.e. covered) to the floor with SOLID color cloths (no pattern) on all 4 sides. Paper & plastic are not permitted for skirting.*

* Ottawa Public Health and/or City of Ottawa rules and regulations will be adhered to. *

* I acknowledge there is NO refund or credit issued if I cancel within 30 days of the event. Cancellations made prior to the 30-day window will be refunded the cost of the application fee LESS a $25.00 administration fee. This refund policy applies to members only.
