Electricity Info*

*Setup of all booths is done the evening before the show between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Details will be sent out several days before the show. You cannot dismantle your booth until 4:00 p.m. *

* I acknowledge that I need to be at the show full time; I need to be manning my booth throughout the whole show.*

Product Info

*All items for sale are handmade by me (the applicant). No direct sales or sales on behalf of others.

Choose up to three product categories. For each category, list the percentage of products in your booth and provide a short list of the items being sold. The combined percentage should total 100%. NCA recommends a main product category of a minimum of 60%.

If you are a non-member or have products in a new category, you must send photos of your work for jurying. Non-members are required to send 4 photos representative of the work for sale and 1 photo of their set-up. Note your application may be rejected if the photos are not of sufficient quality to assess your work. Our jury standard on different categories can be found here.

* All items for sale MUST be priced at the opening of the market and shall remain until the end of the market. All tables MUST be skirted (i.e. covered) to the floor with SOLID color cloths (no pattern) on all 4 sides. Paper & plastic are not permitted for skirting.*

*I will not hold NCA responsible for any theft, damage or public liability.*

* I acknowledge that City of Ottawa, Ottawa Public Health and/or Ottawa School Board rules and regulations will be adhered to for all shows. *

* I acknowledge there is NO refund or credit issued if I cancel within 30 days of the event. Cancellations made prior to the 30-day window will be refunded the cost of the application fee LESS a $25.00 administration fee. This refund policy applies to members only.

There is NO refund for non-members*
