*NCA member must select a market task. Failure to do the task will prevent you from participating in future markets. If not a member, please pick "Not a member".

* Priority is given to members. Quotas apply with respect to categories of products. Please ensure you complete the application accurately. Your application may be rejected or you may be asked to remove items from your booth if these items were not juried and/or included in your application.*

Booth Info*

*Setup of all booths is done the evening before the show between 6:30 and 8:30. Details will be sent out several days before the show. You cannot dismantle your booth until 4:15 p.m.

* I acknowledge that I need to be at the craft show full time; I need to be manning my booth throughout the whole show.*

Product Info

*All items for sale are handmade by me (the applicant). No direct sale or "sale on behalf of".

Please select up to three categories, indicate percentage of each category that are being sold at your booth, and provide a brief description of your products in each category.

If you are a non-member or have products in a new category, you must send photos of your work for jurying. Non-members are required to send 4 photos representative of the work for sale and 1 photo of their set-up. Note your application may be rejected if the photos are not of sufficient quality to assess your work. Our jury standard on different categories can be found here.

SUBMIT PHOTOS

* All items for sale MUST be priced at the opening of the market and shall remain until the end of the market. All tables MUST be skirted (i.e. covered) to the floor with SOLID color cloths (no pattern) on all 4 sides. Paper & plastic are not permitted for skirting.*

* Ottawa Public Health and/or School Board rules and regulations will be adhered to for all markets. *

* I have acknowledged that there is no refund or credit within 21 days of the event date. All cancellations made prior to the 21 day window will receive their full refund LESS a $10 admin fee. *

* I have read and agree to comply with the Craft Show Terms and Conditions and all NCA directives. I understand failure to do so may result in forfeiting my place in the show. *
