Please carefully read the followings before filling in the rest of the application form for the show.

* Priority is given to members. Quotas apply with respect to categories of products. Please ensure you complete the application accurately. Your application may be rejected or you may be asked to remove items from your booth if these items were not juried and/or included in your application. *

* Setup of all booths is done the evening before the show between 6:30 and 8:30. Details will be sent out several days before the show. You cannot dismantle your booth until 4:15 p.m. *

* I acknowledge that I need to be at the craft show full time; I need to be manning my booth throughout the whole show. *

* All items for sale are handmade by me (the applicant). No direct sale or "sale on behalf of". *

*All items for sale MUST be priced at the opening of the market and shall remain until the end of the market. All tables MUST be skirted (i.e. covered) to the floor with SOLID color cloths (no pattern) on all 4 sides. Paper & plastic are not permitted for skirting.*

Non-Member Booth Price: $170. Member Booth Price: $130.

Corner Booth: $15 (Jul 19 Update: Sold out)

6 ft table: $10 each; 8 ft table: $11 each

Product Info

Please select up to three categories, indicate percentage of each category that are being sold at your booth, and provide a brief description of your products in each category.

If you are a non-member or have products in a new category, you must send photos of your work for jurying. Non-members are required to send 4 photos representative of the work for sale and 1 photo of their set-up. Note your application may be rejected if the photos are not of sufficient quality to assess your work. Our jury standard on different categories can be found here.

* Ottawa Public Health and/or School Board rules and regulations will be adhered to for all markets. *

* I acknowledge there is NO refund or credit issued if I cancel within 30 days of the event. Cancellations made prior to the 30-day window will be refunded the cost of the application fee LESS a $25.00 administration fee. This refund policy applies to members only. There is NO refund for non-members. *

* I have read and agree to comply with the Craft Show Terms and Conditions and all NCA directives. I understand failure to do so may result in forfeiting my place in the show. *

* I will not hold NCA responsible for any theft, damage or public liability.*
